My Gift is Enthusiasm
How did I land here? It’s simple: for more than 30 years, my work has centered on supporting personal and professional growth. I love walking alongside people as they become more fully themselves and build the careers, relationships, and lives they want, and finding more clarity, confidence, and joy along the way.
I’m equally energized by helping groups of people thrive, from upper-level management and leadership teams to boards of directors, cross-functional workgroups, and entire organizations. I see the potential in both newly formed teams and experienced teams, and I pay close attention to how each person shapes the group dynamic, because that’s where trust, momentum, and results are built.
A big part of my craft is facilitating high-skill meetings and work sessions. I’m known for creating a warm, focused container where people feel safe to contribute, conversations stay productive, and groups leave with clear priorities, ownership, and next steps, not just good discussion.
I grew up in Boulder, Colorado, in a big family, and now live on the Western Slope of CO with my husband of 40 years. We have three adult children. I hold a degree in Social Work and spent 35 years in the field, where ropes courses, rock climbing, and experiential learning often served as the classroom as I supported women, youth, and organizations that wanted more from their people and their culture.
I served as the Executive Director of a nonprofit on the Western Slope of Colorado for many years. I thrived when our people thrived, and the leaders, board members, staff, and community partners I worked with along the way became some of my best teachers in leadership, growth, and what it takes to build a strong, healthy organization.
