4th Annual Women’s River Rafting Trip
July 2-5, 2026
Westwater Canyon, Colorado River
What to Expect:
Riding in a raft where you are joyously taken care of and you can simply enjoy, paddling or not. If you choose to paddle, you’ll be in an inflatable kayak beneath smooth pink and orange sandstone walls, and run exciting rapids through a canyon made of polished black stone—more than a billion years old. Explore side canyons and climb to the rim for a majestic view.
4 days/3 nights rafting Westwater Canyon.
Cost: $1,275. Includes boats, life jackets, chairs, guides, all meals and snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks. If needed, camping gear can be rented through Holiday Expeditions. BYOB.
A mix of splashy whitewater (Class III-IV) and calmer stretches to soak it all in.
Riverside camping, nourishing meals, starry skies, and deep rest.
A supportive container focused on peace, connection, and gratitude.
Who this is for:
Women who want adventure and a meaningful pause. Many of you have joined me on previous trips, and if you have never done a multi-day river trip, you are welcome here.

About My Retreats
My retreats offer time to get away from your routine to spend time looking at your life, your values, and your way of experiencing the world.
Expect a journey to remember.
Explore what motivates you and how this informs how choose to live.
By having self-awareness of who you are and how you see the world, you will ultimately find joy in embracing your authentic self.
It’s hard to learn about yourself when you’re sitting behind a desk! My retreats offer a chance to get out of the ordinary and to see what challenges you so the entire experience becomes a glimpse and an evaluation of your responses to life.
Where in your life do you find yourself experiencing anger, joy, or sadness? What precipitates these emotions? Retreats happen in a safe space so you can be vulnerable and brave.
What happens on retreats?
Facilitated group conversations.
Activities that push your comfort zone with opportunities to apply what you’ve learned.

2023 Women’s Enneagram Retreat— River Rafting at the Gates of Ladore
“One of the best outdoor experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you for this opportunity to be with such amazing women. I knew some information about the Enneagram, but I learned so much about myself with this retreat.”
We will be holding a heartfelt tribute to our beloved river sister, Charla, who passed away in December 2025. Charla was a light in this world. She showed up with deep faith, courage, great humor, and a steady kind of goodness that made people feel seen and valued. She lived with ovarian cancer, and even in the hardest seasons, she carried a spirit that reminded everyone around her what mattered. Her birthday is July 3, which we will celebrate and honor. On this trip, we will carry her motto with us—the words we will return to again and again:
“All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.” — Julian of Norwich
